1. These terms

These terms govern purchases from PLUMDAL LIVING PTE. LTD., 12 Eunos Avenue 8, #03-21, Singapore 409499. By placing an order you accept them
together with our Privacy policy, Shipping & returns and Size guide.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty or local sales tax charged at the border.
Each page states the fibre, the fabric weight and how the piece behaves after five washes. Small variation in a finished garment (up to 3% in length or width) is normal and is not a defect.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an
order where fraud is suspected, where a price or description error is obvious, or where a product is
unavailable. Any amount taken is refunded in full.

4. Delivery

We dispatch from Singapore within one business day. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we replace or refund it.

5. Returns and exchanges

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging, with tags attached.
Made-to-order pieces and items marked final sale are excluded. Return postage is paid by the customer
unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faults

If a garment develops a fault within one year through no fault of your own, we repair, replace or
refund it. Normal wear, accidental damage and incorrect washing are not faults.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, photography and designs belong to PLUMDAL LIVING PTE. LTD. and may not be copied for commercial use.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury
caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid
for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore have exclusive
jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
